We've been learning about Diwali at The Lawns. Lots of the children are excited about celebrating the festival with their families and have loved sharing their traditions at Nursery.  Together we've shared information books and stories such as 'Peppa Pig's Diwali'.  We've worn saris and made diva lamps from clay.  Some parents have visited Nursery to share their experiences of Diwali with us and after the half term holiday we'll be making barfi sweets with Mrs Saggu as a special treat.
