This week we have been learning about the story of ‘The Nativity’ using books and our wonderful stable prop complete with characters, a manger and a beautiful angel. The children had a lot of fun re-telling the story in their own words using the props. We talked about ‘The Nativity’ being the reason that we celebrate Christmas which promoted much discussion about how we celebrate in our own homes.
