It was great fun welcoming many of our parents and carers into nursery to take part in our ‘Stay and Play’ (Come and read) session. It was so lovely to see both mums and dads sharing books with a mixture of children. The nursery was full of happy smiles. It’s such a treat to have a variety of storytellers in the building. Thank you all. Sharing books with children is an excellent way of demonstrating their value and encouraging a lifelong love of reading.
