Admissions

An Application Form (see below) should be completed and returned to the school office with a birth certificate. Parents are encouraged to register for a place as early as possible, as date of registration may be a factor in offering places should the Nursery be oversubscribed. If you require assistance to complete the registration form in English please ask any member of staff.

Please click the link below to download the registration form, complete and return it to the school via email or post.

Visits
You are welcome to visit the Nursery before filling out an application form. An appointment can be made by calling or emailing the School Office. 01628 623551 / maidenheadnursery@eyfed.org.uk

Offer of a Place
In the term before starting you will receive an offer of a place.

Home visits
These are arranged for the first day(s) of each term. The visit gives you the chance to talk to your child’s key people about their development, their personal likes and dislikes, and it gives staff the chance to meet the child in their own environment. We would recommend that you take up the option of a home visit as we feel it fosters our relationship with the child and the parents and helps us to build up a holistic picture of every child.

Nursery visit
Children will be offered a visit to attend with their parents(s) before the start of term. This enables the children to become familiar with the environment guided by their parent(s).

The First Day
New children do not all start on the same day, and you will be given a start date for your child prior to your home visit.
