Saxophonist, composer and educator Vasilis Xenopoulos is one of the most accomplished Greek jazz musicians of his generation. He also happens to be a Dad of one of our children at Nursery! Vasilis came to play his saxophone at Cookham Nursery School, played Nursery Rhymes for the children to sing to and explained how the saxophone worked to play musical notes. It was a wonderful experience and we hope that Vasilis will return in the Summer term.
